NANIMO BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. English walnuts, chopped

Cook butter, sugar and cocoa over hot water until sugar dissolves. Add beaten egg and vanilla. Remove from heat. Add crumbs, coconut, and nuts. Spread in greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Place in refrigerator to set. 2 c. 10x sugar 2 tbsp. vanilla instant pudding powder 2 tbsp. hot water

Combine butter, sugar, and pudding to hot water. Mix well. Spread over first mixture. Return to refrigerator. 1 tsp. butter

Melt chocolate (over hot water) and butter. Spread on top over all. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
