MACARONI AND CHEESE PIZZA 
1 (7 1/4 oz.) macaroni and cheese dinner
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 c. pepperoni slices
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Prepare dinner as directed on package. Add eggs; mix well. Spread into well-greased 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

Combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, onion, green pepper and seasonings; spoon over dinner mixture. Top with meat and cheese. Continue baking 10 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Variation: Substitute 1 pound Italian sausage, crumbled, cooked, drained for pepperoni.
