CHICKEN BREASTS 
5 chicken breasts, skinned, deboned & split in half
10 lg. slices dried beef
10 slices bacon
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Wrap each half breast in a slice of dried beef then wrap a slice of bacon around each. Place in well greased cake pan. Mix sour cream and soup together and pour over chicken. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Remove cover last 1/2 hour.

May be served with wild or white rice prepared as follows:

1 c. raw rice, washed & drained
1 pkg. dried onion soup
1 c. beef bouillon
2 c. water

Mix together and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
