BEEF TIPS 
2 lbs. extra lean stew meat
Salt & pepper
1 can French onion soup
1/3 to 1/2 c. flour
1 c. water

Salt and pepper meat. Quickly braise until light brown in non-stick skillet. Whisk the flour into the soup. Add water. Pour soup mixture into skillet with meat. Simmer 1 1/2 hours until tender. May cook in pressure cooker for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
