CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 chicken, boiled & deboned
1 lg. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can chili peppers, chopped
1 sm. can chili
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. red pepper
Tostito chips
Grated cheese

Saute onion in butter. Mix all ingredients, except chips and cheese. Layer mixture with chips and cheese in casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake about 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8. Can freeze.
