FETTUCCINE SAUCE 
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. fresh Parmesan

In large frying pan melt butter. Add cream and nutmeg. Beat yolk. Add a little butter mixture to yolk, then pour back into mixture. Remove from heat, add Parmesan and blend well until melted and smooth. Saute scallops, chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, zucchini, etc. Add noodles to cheese sauce in pan. Add sauteed meat, fish, vegetables. Toss and serve.
