CHOCOLATE SILK PIE 
2 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares, melted and set aside to cool
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, unbeaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. Cointreau
Whipping cream
Chocolate shaves and curls
1 (9 inch) pastry shell, baked, or graham cracker crust

Cream butter in mixing bowl at low speed; gradually add sugar, creaming well. Blend in chocolate and vanilla; add eggs, one at a time, beating at medium speed for 10 minutes after each egg. Add Cointreau. Spoon into pie shell and chill two hours. Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shaves and curls.
