FRUIT PIZZA 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. (each) cornstarch, sugar
1/3 c. butter

Combine; cut butter in as for pie crust; add 1 beaten egg with fork until all ingredients are moistened. Coat pizza pan with Pam and press dough into circle on pan; bake 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned; cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes then carefully remove to wire rack to complete cooling.

Place pastry on serving platter and arrange fruit attractively on top--spoon glaze over fruit; refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Cut into 10 slices (170 calories).

FRUIT:

1 c. (each) sliced fresh strawberries, peaches, kiwi
1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/4 c. fresh blueberries
2 sliced bananas
1 c. pineapple tidbits, well drained

GLAZE:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. lemon rind

Combine first 3 ingredients in pan, stirring until blended; bring to a boil and cook over medium heat 1 minute, stirring constantly; remove from heat; add lemon juice and rind; cover surface with waxed paper and cool.
