FAVORITE FINGER CHICKEN 
2 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. flour
1 or 2 eggs
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
4 tbsp. butter

1. Clean chicken and cut into "finger" size pieces.

2. Combine eggs and oil.

3. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg/oil mixture, then bread crumbs.

4. Season with garlic salt.

5. Saute in butter approximately 5 minutes per side until brown.
