1 box any butter cake mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, slightly drained

Combine above except for mandarin oranges; mix with electric mixer until well blended; then lightly blend in oranges Pour mixture into 3 lightly greased and floured layer pans. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Don't over bake. Remove cake from pans and cool.

ICING:

1 lg. tub Cool Whip (not frozen)
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix above together and place in between layers and over entire cake. Keep refrigerated until gone. Great for summer!
