ORANGE - HARVARD BEETS 
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. flour or cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. (or less) vinegar
1/4 c. beet liquid
1 can (1 lb.) sliced beets, drained
Orange slices (optional)

Combine first six ingredients in saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until thick. Add beets. Heat through. Garnish with orange slices, if desired. Serve.
