BEETS WITH ORANGE SAUCE 
6 fresh beets or 1 (1 lb.) can sliced beets
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter

Blend cornstarch and water, adding remaining ingredients, except beets. Bring to boiling point and cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Add beets and heat through.
