HERBERT'S BAR - B - Q SAUCE FOR
POULTRY
 
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 to 1 oz. (almost 3/4 c.) vinegar
1/4 (10 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce (prefer Lea & Perrins)
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 heaping tsp. prepared mustard

Be adventuresome and add some spices if you like tarragon or basil or thyme maybe.

Put all ingredients in bottle or jar. Shake well to mix. Sauce will have a sour taste. Does well in oven or over charcoal.

May also be used for pork on grill, but not in oven. This keeps well in the refrigerator for quite awhile.
