VEGETABLE PLATTER 
1 lb. fresh broccoli
1/2 medium head cauliflower
2 medium tomatoes
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 medium zucchini
8 oz. fresh mushrooms

Trim broccoli and cut in pieces about 2 inches long. Stalks should be about 1/4 inch thick. Cut cauliflower into similar size floweretes. Arrange broccoli and cauliflower alternately around edge of 12 inch glass plate. (Flower end of broccoli should be towards center of plate.) Slice zucchini and mound in center of plate; scatter sliced mushrooms over other vegetables. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 9-10 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Place tomato wedges around the edge of plate; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave high, uncovered, 2 minutes longer or until tomatoes are heated.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
