SWEET POTATO BREAD 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. oil
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. prunes, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix all dry ingredients in separate bowl. In large bowl, put oil, potatoes, eggs, water and prunes, mix by hand until well blended. Then add dry ingredients and mix well, add pecans last. Grease two loaf bread pans and bake for 1 hour in a 325 degree oven or until cake tester comes out dry. This is a very moist bread and can be frozen. Yield: 2 loaves.
