CRANBERRY BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. whole grain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. cooked cranberries (or 1/4 c. prunes or apricots)
1 c. buttermilk

Cream together shortening and sugar. Add egg, then remaining ingredients. Pour into greased pans and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
