GARLIC SHRIMP 
2 tbsp. butter
1 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
Approx. 20 sm. shrimp
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and parsley and stir to blend. Add shrimp and mushrooms. Cook, stirring and turning, for 4 to 6 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add lemon juice, stirring to remove any bits on the bottom of the pan. Serve over rice. Serves two.
