QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 pkg. Lipton butter noodles
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 (4 oz.) sour cream
1 lb. hamburger, extra lean
2 c. water

Brown ground beef in skillet, drain. Add noodles, water and mushrooms, drained. Bring to boil, then simmer on medium for approximately 8 minutes. Add sour cream, stir. Cook for another minute or 2. Serve with crescent rolls or biscuits.
