STUFFED PIZZA BREAD 
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar or brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. or 1 packet of dry yeast
Middle of bread
8 oz. pizza or spaghetti sauce
6 oz. cheese
Other ingredients of your choice

Mix sugar, water and salt. Place yeast in bowl and add sugar water. Stir until yeast is dissolved. Add flour and mix until dough is moist and holds together. Knead dough and let dough raise in a warm moist environment; about 45 minutes at room temperature or 15 minutes in an oven at 140 degrees with a glass of water. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Punch center of dough. Knead slightly. Roll into a 9 x 13 inch rectangle. Slice edges approximately 2 inches in for braiding. It resembles a fringe all the way around. Place sauce and cheese on center of dough. Add other ingredients as desired. Braid edges of dough towards the center (overlapping braids on top of sauce). Tuck in edges to seal sauce inside of the dough so that it won't leak. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
