FISH WITH MUSHROOMS | |
1 med. onion, sliced thinly 1 lg. stalk celery, sliced thinly 1 tbsp. oil 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms 1 lb. fresh fish 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. dry sherry Saute onions and celery in oil for one minute. Add sliced mushrooms. Saute 2 minutes. Put layer of fish fillets on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add soy sauce and sherry and simmer 10 minutes or until tender. |
