PEA BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3 stalks celery, diced
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Thaw frozen vegetables. Press out water with paper towels.

DRESSING:

2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Pour dressing over salad and refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving.
