WHOLE WHEAT BUNS 
2 c. water
3/8 c. honey
1/2 c. powdered milk
1 tbsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
2 tbsp. dry yeast
3 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour

Combine water, honey, powdered milk, salt, and oil in pan and heat until warm. In large bowl put 4 cups flour and yeast. Add heated mixture and eggs. Stir. Add whole wheat flour and enough flour to make moderately stiff dough. Knead 5 minutes. Grease dough. Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Punch down, let rest 5 minutes. Shape into rolls. Let rise 30 to 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
