SOUTH AMERICAN DINNER 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can dark kidney beans
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and onion together; drain well. Add tomatoes and kidney beans. Heat thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over Curried Rice.

CURRIED RICE:

2 cups minute rice made according to instructions on box adding 1-2 teaspoons curry powder to boiling water. Serves 5-6.
