HONEY BAKED CARROTS & APPLES 
8-10 med. carrots, sliced
6 med. Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored & sliced
1/4 c. honey
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
Paprika & watercress for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9" square pan. Cook carrots in small amount of water 10 minutes or until tender crisp. Drain. Combine carrots, apples and honey. Pour into pan. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and paprika. Cover and bake 50 minutes. Garnish with watercress.
