CAROL'S BRAN MUFFINS IN WAITING 
2 1/2 c. flour wheat and white combined
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 oz. raisin bran or bran flakes = 2 c.
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt (you can use less)
2 c. buttermilk (you can use 1 tsp vinegar to 1 c. milk)
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Mix dry ingredients together; mix rest of ingredients and put together. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The batter can be stored in refrigerator and baked as needed.
