KAYE'S TURKEY LOAF 
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs, or cracker crumbs
1/4 c. onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
Pepper
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey

TOPPING:

1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Stir together eggs and milk. Add the rest of the main ingredients in the order given. Pat in a ring mold, then turn into a 9 inch pie plate. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 10 to 12 minutes rotating 1/4 turn every 3 minutes. Pour on the topping after mixing all ingredients together. Microwave 2 to 3 more minutes. Let stand covered 5 minutes.

Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
