JUDI'S EASY ONE - POT SPAGHETTI
CASSEROLE
 
2 lb. ground turkey
2 onions, chopped
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
6 ribs celery, chopped
1 bell pepper
1 can olives, sliced
2 (15 oz.) jars Ragu
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 1/2 c. water
1 lb. spaghetti

In Dutch oven: Brown turkey and drain. Add onions, mushrooms, celery, pepper and olives; saute. Add Ragu, tomato sauce and water. Stir. Break spaghetti into thirds and add gradually into the sauce. Bring to a boil, lower heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Stir often so it doesn't stick.
