BAKED BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. bacon
1 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
1 lb. can kidney beans
1 lb. can lima beans
1 lb. can butter beans
1 lb. can pork and beans

Fry bacon, chop into small pieces. Save 2-3 tablespoons bacon grease. Saute onion and garlic in bacon grease until soft. Add catsup, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, mustard and vinegar. Drain all cans of beans. Mix all ingredients together and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
