EASY ORIENTAL STEAK 
1 thick sirloin steak
Garlic powder
Brown sugar
Soy sauce

Place sirloin in container that can be covered. Sprinkle generously with garlic powder and cover with 1/4" coating of brown sugar. With cooking fork, stab meat at 1/2" intervals, working garlic powder and brown sugar into meat. Pour on the soy sauce, making sure the meat is totally covered. Turn meat over and repeat the process. Cover. Marinate the meat overnight in refrigerator. Cook on grill over hot coals until just pink in the center. Slice into 1/4" slices.
