GRANOLA BARS 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine brown sugar, oatmeal and salt; mix well; set aside. Combine honey, oil, vanilla and peanut butter. Stir well and quickly pour over dry ingredients.

Mix until moistened. Spread into well oiled 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. Cool 10 minutes and press down firm.
