HEIDELBURG CASSEROLE 
8 oz. sm. shell macaroni
1 lb. brown 'n serve sausage
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper
1 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1 hard-cooked egg
1/3 c. minced parsley
Dash of paprika

Cook macaroni, according to package directions. Drain. Brown sausage; add onion and cook until browned. Remove mixture from skillet; drain off all but 2 tablespoons fat.

To fat in skillet, add flour, sugar, salt, mustard, pepper; blend. Gradually add water and vinegar, stirring constantly, cook until thickened.
