GREENBEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can Shoepeg corn
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) can sour cream
1/4 c. onion
Grated cheese (enough to cover)
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Layer in order. Melt 1 stick butter and pour over top. Bake at 300 degrees until bubbly and brown, about 30 minutes.
