BUTTERCREAM ICING | |
4 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. margarine 1 c. granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Cook flour and milk over low flame or on top of double boiler. Stir constantly until it forms a heavy paste or pudding. Let cool. When cool, add butter, butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix until it forms a very creamy texture with mix master or rotary beater. Mix for at least 20 minutes. Do not use confectioners' sugar. |
