2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. blended oatmeal (put oats in food processor until powdery)
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
24 oz. chocolate morsels
8 oz. grated Hershey bar
3 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add the rest of ingredients. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 minutes. Makes 16 dozen cookies.
