2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
24 oz. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) grated Hershey bar
3 c. nuts, chopped
2 tbsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
3 c. blended oatmeal (measure and blend t a fine powder in blender)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda

Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes.
