CROCKPOT - POT ROAST 
3-4 lb. beef roast (soak in salt water 2 hours)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped carrot
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Cook in crockpot on low overnight.

GRAVY:

1 tablespoon flour and HOT water to paste in medium saucepan. Add one breakfast bowl of juice from cooked roast.
