PEANUT BRITTLE 
3 c. sugar
1 c. clear sugar
1/4 c. water
1 c. raw nuts
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking soda

Boil the first 3 ingredients to 270°F; add nuts. Boil to 295°F. Take off burner quickly. Add butter and soda; hurry. Pour into 2 buttered cookie sheets.
