ORIENTAL SALAD 
1/2 head med. sized cabbage, shredded
1/2 head lettuce, shredded (you may use all lettuce or all cabbage)
4-5 green onions, sliced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. almonds, slivered and toasted
3 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
2 pkgs. Ramen Noodles, crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
6 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Oriental Noodle seasoning

In mixing bowl, put cabbage, lettuce, onions, chestnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, and Ramen Noodles. In separate bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, Accent, pepper and Oriental seasoning. Pour over salad. Toss. To use as a main dish or luncheon salad, add 1-2 cups diced, cooked chicken or shrimp.
