IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE | |
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/3 c. finely chopped onion, if desired 2 c. milk 1/2 c. biscuit mix 4 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 to 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, onion, and cheese evenly over bottom. Place remaining ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed for one minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers. Serves 4 to 6. Double recipe and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut into squares to serve 12 to 15. |
