CRAB QUICHE | |
4 eggs 4 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 2/3 c. chopped green onions 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 lb. cubed Swiss cheese 1/2 lb. cubed Cheddar cheese 1 lb. crabmeat Deep dish pie shell Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's Seasoning to taste. Pour into the deep dish pie shell. Bake 45 minutes (or until a knife inserted in the center of the quiche comes out clean) in a 350 F oven. Serves 4 to 8. Serve with fresh fruit salad. |
