APPLE PIZZA 
1 refrigerated pie crust
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. peeled and chopped apples
1/4 c. flour

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Center pastry on pizza pan. Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup flour and sprinkle over chopped apples in mixing bowl. Toss until each piece of apple is coated. Scatter apple mixture evenly over pastry. Combine topping ingredients in mixing bowl. Use a pastry blender or 2 knives to cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 25 minutes. Serve warm topped with ice cream, whipped topping or cheese slices.
