BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. mashed banana
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and butter, mixing until well blended. Blend in banana and eggs. Add combined dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
