PEAR HONEY PRESERVES | |
1 c. crushed pineapple 3 c. shredded or grated pears 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. honey Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly in saucepan. Cook until pears are transparent and juice has become a thick syrup. Pour into 1/2 or 1 pint jars and seal while boiling hot. |
