SALISBURY STEAK 
3 lbs. ground beef
6 pkgs. Shillings gravy mix
5 c. water
Salt & pepper
1 can mushrooms

Shape ground beef into oblong patties and fry until done. Drain and throw out grease. Return patties to pan and pour already mixed gravy mix and water over steaks. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, until thick.
