QUICK CARAMEL RING | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. packed brown sugar 2 tbsp. water 2 (10 oz.) Hungry Jack biscuits In small pan melt butter. Coat bottom and sides of Bundt pan with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Then sprinkle 3 tablespoons of nuts over bottom of pan. Cut each biscuit in half and roll into balls (40 balls). Then add remaining ingredients to melted butter and heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Place 20 balls on bottom of Bundt pan. Drizzle half of caramel mixture over balls. Add remaining balls and drizzle the rest of caramel mixture on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. When done, invert on wax paper. |
