MARINATE: Fresh garlic, minced Coarse pepper Lemon-pepper Burgundy R ib-eye steaks Brush rib-eye with the garlic, press into the meat the coarse pepper, sprinkle with lemon-pepper. Put into a pan which is half full of burgundy. Allow about 2 hours on each side to marinate. Cook medium-rare over hot coals and brush slightly with butter after taken off the grill. |
