RICE O'BRIEN 
1 c. white rice
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
3 tbsp. pimento, diced
1/2 c. pitted olives, sliced

Cook rice in 2 cups water flavored with bouillon cubes and salt. Add onions and pepper in butter until tender and crisp. Mix with rice, pimento and olives.
