FROSTED PUMPKIN SQUARES 
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour, unsifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (almost 2 whole)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts or raisins

Combine all ingredients. Spread in a greased and floured 15"x13" jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
