STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms

Take stems off mushrooms and cut up stems. Saute:

1 c. chopped onions
Mushroom stems

Then add:

1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. pepperoni, diced
1 c. bread crumbs

Dip mushroom caps in melted butter. Stuff mushrooms. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
