GAZPACHO 
3 c. tomato juice
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. cucumber, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
Dash of salt and pepper

Dissolve beef bouillon cube in a bit of hot water. Mix remaining ingredients in blender. Chill and serve.
